How to reach us

We take enquiries through the form below, which reaches the person who plans your days. If you do not hear back, check your spam folder, then send the form again with a note.

Use the field 'Anything we should know' for details that change the plan: naps, a fear of heights, a stroller, food needs, a child seat size, or a fixed show night.

Messages we often receive, and what helps us answer

'We land at 14:00 and leave in four days.' Add the flight times and hotel. Arrival and departure days rarely suit a full park day, so we usually plan the evening products on those days and the cable car or the Safari in the middle.
'Our son is nearly 140 cm.' Measure him in the sandals he will wear and give the number. The 140 cm line moves him to the adult ticket at Hon Thom, VinWonders and the Safari.
'Grandma does not like heights.' Say so. The Hon Thom cable car crosses the sea on high towers, and we would rather plan a northern day for her than have her wait at the station.
'We are travelling in September.' Tell us which days are fixed and which can move. A flexible day is what lets us switch the cable car when the wind picks up.
