Tours · How to book
How booking works, from form to pickup
Send the form with dates, hotel and each child's height. We reply with a timed plan and a line-by-line quote. Once you confirm, we buy tickets for your dates and send the final plan.
Four steps
- 01
Send the form
Dates, hotel, adults, and each child's height and age. The form is at the foot of every page.
- 02
Get a plan and a quote
A timed plan for each day and a quote with every ticket and the car as separate lines.
- 03
Confirm
We buy the tickets for your dates once you confirm and pay as set out in the quote.
- 04
Travel
Final plan the day before; the driver meets you at the hotel.
What to put in the form
- Dates. The nights you are on the island, and which days are fixed.
- Hotel. Name or area. North, centre and south change the pickup times by up to an hour.
- People. Adults, seniors over 60, and for each child the height in centimetres and age.
- Days you want. Any of the four, or 'advise us'.
- Anything that changes the plan. Naps, a child who is afraid of heights, a wheelchair or stroller, food needs, a child seat size.
Heights matter because every park prices by them; see Phu Quoc with children by age for the bands.
What you get back
The reply contains a plan per day with pickup and return times, the order of the parks, the lunch and rest windows, the show times for your date, and the latest safe exit. The quote lists every ticket at the park's price on your date and the car hours separately; the method is on the pricing page.
If something you asked for does not work, for example Hon Thom and VinWonders on the same day, we say so and suggest what does.
When we buy tickets
Only after you confirm, and only for the dates and height bands in the confirmed plan. Some combo and show tickets are tied to a date; if you want to keep a day movable for weather, tell us and we keep that ticket until the evening before where the park allows it.
Changes and weather
Changes you ask for are made where the park allows ticket changes. Weather changes follow the operator: the cable car stops in strong wind, and outdoor shows can change for weather. We then offer another date in your stay or another of our days first, and refund tickets as far as the park or seller refunds them if nothing works. Unused car hours are not charged. Details by day are on the rainy-day plan.

On the day
- The driver arrives at your hotel at the time on the plan; be in the lobby five minutes before.
- Carry the tickets we send; at Hon Thom the cable car gate checks them.
- Keep the plan on your phone offline. It has the meeting point and the latest return time.
- If a child is unwell, tell us before pickup and we move the day if we can.

Common questions
Questions travellers ask most
How far ahead should we book?
We usually need about a week's notice outside holidays. For 1 January, Tet and school holidays, ask us earlier.
Can we book after we arrive?
Yes, if the dates still have space. Send the form from your hotel with a day or two of notice.
Do you need passport details?
Only if a park requires them for a ticket. We ask in the quote if so.

Dates, party size and the places you care about are enough to start. You get a draft route and an indicative price, not a brochure.
