How we price, line by line

Most of the cost of a park day is tickets, priced by each child's height. The rest is the car and driver for the hours in the plan. Here is how each line is built, what moves it, and what a cheaper quote usually leaves out.

Why our prices say 'On request'

Two families on the same day can pay very different totals. Two adults with children of 95 cm and 125 cm pay one child ticket; two adults with children of 130 cm and 145 cm pay one child and three adult tickets. Dates, hotel location and evening waiting time move the car line. So we quote each day after you send heights, dates and your hotel, and the quote shows every line.

The ticket line: worked examples at published prices

These are sums of the parks' published prices, not our quotes. Example family: two adults, one child of 95 cm (free), one child of 125 cm (child band).

These are typical market ranges for comparable services, not our buying prices. Our car line depends on the hours in the plan (an evening product includes waiting time), the vehicle size for your party, and the distance from your hotel to the park cluster.

What moves the total, in order

Heights. The number of people over 140 cm and over 100 cm decides the ticket line, which is usually the biggest part.
Hotel location. A northern hotel on a Hon Thom day, or a southern hotel on a VinWonders day, adds an hour or more of car time each way.
Evening waiting. Grand World and Kiss of the Sea evenings keep the driver until after 21:00.
Combos and add-ons. Buffet lunch on Hon Thom adds 300,000 VND per adult on the published price; the Teddy Bear Museum and Venice boat add 200,000 per adult each.
Date. Parks change prices with season and promotions; holidays are busiest.
Vehicle size. Five or more people, or child seats plus luggage, need a larger car.

What is not included, and why

Food inside the parks. Families eat at different times and budgets; we would rather you choose on the day. The buffet ticket on Hon Thom is the exception, if you want it.
Guides inside the parks. The parks sell their tickets for self-guided visits. A guide walking with you adds cost without adding much for children.
Hotels and flights. We plan days around wherever you stay; we do not book rooms or flights.
Travel insurance. Buy it at home with cover for your children.
Tips. Optional, at your discretion.

How a cheaper quote is usually made

Children priced on age rather than height, which looks cheaper until the gate staff measure them.
A transfer-only quote: dropped at the gate, no waiting, no evening pickup, and you find your own car at 21:30.
A later cable car slot, which saves nothing on tickets but puts you in the midday sun and the afternoon queue.
Hon Thom and VinWonders on the same day, with one transfer covering both ends of the island.
Ticket prices quoted from an old list that the park no longer honours.

Questions travellers ask most

Why is your quote higher than a ticket website?

Because it includes the car and driver for the whole plan, including waiting time in the evening. The tickets themselves are at the park's price; compare that line and the rest is the car.

Can we pay for tickets ourselves at the gate?

Yes. Choose the car-only version and buy at the gate. You lose the time saved by having tickets ready, and the risk of the wrong height band sits with you.

Are prices in VND or USD?

Park prices are published in VND and we show them that way. The quote states the currency and the conversion used.

Do children under 1 metre really pay nothing?

At Hon Thom, VinWonders, the Safari, the Kiss Bridge and Kiss of the Sea, yes, on the published prices; Grand World's paid shows are free under 100 cm. They still count as a seat in the car.
